A top mlm leadership tip on using effective time management today is to do what pays off the most to get results first. Results are the only thing that matters in this business, nothing else. I just listened to a time management call by Richard Dennis and what hit me is to get results and to get better at what you are doing in this business by investing 30 minutes per day in training time. That means the other priorities get done afterwards because if you skip that step you are going to get left behind.

Another thing that is crucial for success is that you are the one moving forward by getting new customers and getting new business partners in your business. Because if you want your team to do that then YOU do that. You are leading by example.

To get the things that I have described in the first two paragraphs done, have a to do list the night before. Put at least 3 things down per day what you want to accomplish. Check it off once you have done it. And remember that 80% of the results come from 20% on the effort because that means you are working smart, meaning that you are focusing on the things that you are getting paid on. If it does not generate any income at the end of the day then forget the whole thing.

And your why is the most important thing in this business because you have to know why you are building your business. Like I learned from my good friend and mentor Michael Dlouhy the following: "If your why is 70% and your obstacle is 72% then you will quit. But if your why is 110% then you are in the game.

Last but not least say no to requests because that gets you in control of the situation NOT someone else. You have to take care of yourself before you can take care of other people. Think about when you board on an airplane: You have to put the oxygen mask on yourself before helping someone else. Same here with your business. You have to know what takes priority and say no to things that are less important, so that you can do tommorow what others can't.
