Lesson Plan On Organized Planning
The bottom line of this organized planning chapter is the following: We have to set goals and meet deadlines. There is an old saying a goal without a plan is just a wish. Therefore we have to focus on what we get paid on. Getting customers and teaching others to do the same thing plus e-book dowloads so that we can find out what people want and help them get it. We are here to serve others. It is no different than the waitress offering coffee at IHOP to the customer sitting at the table. Some want and others do not. We just give it to the people who would like to have some coffee. We do not chase the ones who tell us no.
This business is no different, just take the volunteers. Then get customers and teach others to do the same thing. If you sponsor one new person per month and gather one new customer per month, then your team will do what you did. The plan is all about duplication. Slow and steady wins the race. Get the Slight Edge book by Jeff Olson today NOT tommorow. One tip from that book is "Find Germans!"

I love your simplistic approach to setting goals and deadlines. Our team needs us to lead and if we are systematically bringing in new people they will take notice and follow what works in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteThey sure do. The leaders have become leaders because they started out as intelligent followers. That meant that they were smart beginners by doing EXACTLY what the leader has done to get RESULTS and they avoided doing anything that did not duplicate.
