The network marketing truth exposed on responsibility is the following. In this business you must be responsible for yourself. It is up to you to learn from the experts who have what you want. Duplication is the main thing! You can not be responsible for your teams success by micromanaging them because it will take you out of the industry.
It almost happened to Michael Dlouhy at one point because whenever he did not do a business presentation the duplication stopped. Once an old lady told him that she could never do this then and only then he stopped doing business presentations at hotels for good.

People do not enjoy being micromanaged, they need the freedom to express and do things the way they deem most fit.
