HOW TO OUTWIT THE SIX GHOSTS OF FEAR

 

Take Inventory of Yourself, As You Read This Closing Chapter, and Find Out How Many of the “Ghosts” Are Standing in Your Way.

 

BEFORE you can put any portion of this philosophy into successful use, your mind must be prepared to receive it. The preparation is not difficult. It begins with study, analysis, and understanding of three enemies which you shall have to clear out.

 

These are INDECISION, DOUBT, and FEAR!

 

The Sixth Sense will never function while these three negatives, or any of them remain in your mind. The members of this unholy trio are closely related; where one is found, the other two are close at hand.

 

INDECISION is the seedling of FEAR! Remember this, as you read. Indecision crystalizes into DOUBT, the two blend and become FEAR! The “blending” process often is slow. This is one reason why these three enemies are so dangerous. They germinate and grow without their presence being observed.

 

Do not be deceived by the habits of these subtle enemies. Sometimes they remain hidden in the subconscious mind, where they are difficult to locate, and still more difficult to eliminate.   – Hill

 

I remember being a young boy going to the waterpark for the 1st time.  It was Wet-N-Wild in Houston TX.  There was a huge waterslide that I waited in line for hours to ride.  It must’ve been 5 or 6 stories high!  I finally reached the top…I admit that I was a little nervous, But I wasn’t going to chicken out!!!  There was another boy that did chicken out…after waiting in line for hours, climbing all those stairs, get to the top just to chicken out.  That slide was one fun ride it was worth the wait to me!  On the other hand, the guy that chickened out, let his fear influence his behavior.  He missed out on a very fun and exciting ride!

 

I didn’t know this guy personally so I have no idea where he is today, BUT I wonder if he ever faced his fear and took a ride, down the big slide.  It’s sad to see so many people with this same mindset, living in FEAR!!!  The worse part of all, is passing this same mindset to the next generation! 

 

I remember my grandparents hiding money in mattresses and coffee jars.  They didn’t trust banks.  They both grew up during the great depression.  They’ve both passed away several years ago now, but they did get checking account and a safe deposit box at Austin Bank before they died.  Talk about making a change, I know it had to be very hard for them to trust a bank.   I really believe it was the fear of poverty that kept them from trusting banks for so long.

 

Fear of poverty is a state of mind, nothing else! But it is sufficient to destroy one’s chances of achievement in any undertaking, a truth which became painfully evident during the depression. - Hill

FAITH is the head chemist of the mind. When FAITH is blended with the vibration of thought, the subconscious mind instantly picks up the vibration, translates it into its spiritual equivalent, and transmits it to Infinite Intelligence, as in the case of prayer.

There was a time in my life when I didn’t have much faith in the things that I was involved with.  I knew that there was a better way!!!  I kept telling myself that there’s someone that’s truthful, honest, and willing to share the knowledge that so many people want to keep a secret.  MFF found me at the right time in my life and nothing but positivity has continued to pour into my life!  I have FAITH that 2020 will be the best year ever because of the lessons that I’ve learned here at MFF.

How to Outwit the Six Ghosts of Fear

 

Fear is defined as an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.  Man can create nothing which he does not first conceive in the form of an impulse of thought.   Nature has endowed man with absolute control over but one thing, and that is THOUGHT.   If you’re always thinking about how badly life is treating you (and complaining to whoever will stand still long enough to listen), you will always feel miserable.

Ever hear anyone say, “Misery loves company”? Being miserable doesn’t exactly attract good things to you. If you want to change your life for the better, start by consciously changing what you think… and what you say out loud.

 

Fear can be used in many different ways…A lot of MLM heavy hitters use FEAR OF LOSS as a scare tactic.  I remember so many times hearing the phrase JOIN NOW WERE GETTING IN FIRST!!!  THIS IS OPPORTUNITY IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR…YOU”LL NEVER GET ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY LIKE THIS…IT’S ONCE IN A LIFETIME!!!  My favorite of all times… I’M ABOUT TO ENROLL A BUNCH OF PEOPLE…DO YOU WANT TO BE OVER OR UNDER THEM?  JOIN NOW…BUT YOU MUST PURCHASE THE TOP PACKAGE!!!

 

I fell for these foolish tactics many times before I came to MFF…I was uneducated.  My ignorance caused me to be the dog chasing it’s own tail…To take action that is ineffective and does not lead to progress. Refers to how a dog can exhaust itself by chasing its own tail.

 

My friend Sam recently told me a story about a bear that was born at a zoo.  The bear lived it’s entire life in an 40’ x 40’ cage.  The bear got up in age and the zoo decided that it’s time to release him into the wild…the bear was let out of his cage and everyone watched him.  The bear walked in a 40’ x 40’ square…not realizing that he was free to roam anywhere he wanted.   This bear will never survive in the wild because he doesn’t have the skills necessary to be successful.  He doesn’t know how to hunt or protect himself from danger.  He doesn’t even understand what danger is…I was that bear before MFF.  I didn’t know how to spot the wolves in sheep’s clothing…they knocked me out and I never saw it coming!!!  Thanks to MFF I now see the wolves from a mile away and I have the skills to deal with them and speak to them in a way they understand. 

 

Happy 15^th Birthday MFF thanks for teaching me and everyone here all the life lessons and skills.  The most helpful thing that I’ve learned here is the power of a mastermind.   I’ll be here a year from now because I continue to learn more and more each and every week!!!
