To calcluate how much money you must make per month and per year you must know how many people do you need in your organization to earn a certain income. Think about when you first replace your income from the J.O.B. To earn $10,000 per month in some companies you need 5000 people on autoship and in other companies you need roughly 500 people. In the organization where you need 500 people in your organization that is that you need to sponsor one person per month and your new distributor has to do the same thing. After month one you have two people, after month 2 you will have four people, after month three 8 people, after month four 16 people, after month five 32 people, after month six 64 people, after month seven 128 people, after month eight 256 people, after month nine 512 people. If you are getting started right now and you sponsor one new person per month for ten months and your teammate does the same thing then you could reach the $10,000 mark within 9 months, with 512 people. That is over the 500 mark and as a conclusion it makes no sense building an organization getting started in the comp plan that has 5000 people because you will have to build it ten times bigger and you will lose valuable time for that.

and firmly. That is the major reason why they are leaders. The world has
the habit of making room for the man whose words and actions show that
he knows where he is going.” – Chapter 8 of Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

So for eighteen years now, since I was introduced to Network Marketing in 1996, I have realized that this industry can not only make me a lot of money, make me debt free, let me own my life, let me leave a legacy for my family and the world and help me to not die with my music still in me. I also realized that this industry can also give me the time freedom to do whatever I wanted to do, whenever I wanted to do it.

Eighteen years ago I made the decision to never quit and as you can see, I have kept to that decision as I am still here. I also made a decision over four years ago when I was introduced to Mentoring for Free to make a decision to “BE ALL IN”.

But I have procrastinated for eighteen years now and that procrastination will stop right now. I now make the decision to do whatever it takes to become the leader that my God has intended me to be. I now make the decision to become the top leader in my company. I now make the decision to own my life, to become debt free and to reach all my goals. I now make the decision to do whatever I want to do, whenever I want to do it.

I have made the decision to go on a 90-day blitz (16 hours daily – 7 days a week) where I will constantly do the following.

(2) Continue to help every member of my team to reach and surpass their goals.
(3) Continue to be on all the calls and stay close to the fire in order to continue increasing my specialized knowledge.
(4) Continue to read great books to in order to develop my knowledge from the leaders who walked before me.
(5) Start speaking to more people as I go out and about daily when I go to church, go to the post office or run some chores.
(6) Do my self-talk at least 1,000 times daily so that I can reprogram my subconscious mind and build a unstoppable positive mindset.
(7) Constantly have in mind that I must find more customers and more distributors for my business.

I am not waiting until tomorrow to start this new journey. I have made the decision now and I am starting right now, right now, and RIGHT NOW.

So make a good decision today and stick to it to the end.

Most of the rest will do nothing. Jordan Adlers 16th recruit Jackie sponsored someone Judy whose business exploded! If that happened before the internet days then what is our excuse?

Belief is taking action by doing whatever it takes to avoid missing an opportunity. Because lets say you are in a company that is in massive momentum. You want to take advantage of it because if you do not then everybody will be in the company. Another thing to consider is a remarkable product that you can't get in the store. If the product will be on the shelves five years from NOW then it will be more challenging to find a company that has a first to market product.

My opinion of Brian Redding's lesson on the top network marketing truth exposed on faith today is that people must say their self talk and do what they are supposed to do today so that tommorow they can have what others can't. If they do that then they will be on their way.

Faith is the necessary ingredient to making our desires into burning white hot desires. Without hope, our desires are more like wishes or dreams. If we all do not believe we will achieve our desires then we will never achieve them and they will always remain as wishes or dreams.

By strengthening our faith, we gain confidence in ourselves. We start believing in ourselves and we believe that we can achieve anything that we desire. It is the missing link between making our dreams, hopes and wishes into burning white hot desires.

Now where do we get our faith from and how do we strengthen it? Great question you may be asking yourselves. Our faith comes from Infinite Intelligence. We get our faith by doing our self-talk. By adding the faith we have into our self-talk, our self-talk not only becomes stronger but our faith grows as well.

There are days that go by when I do not do my self-talk. Even though I am focusing on my daily goals, there are times when I put my self-talk on the back burner and it does not get done. Being so busy helping people in the Mentoring for Free system and the people who have downloaded our e-Book to reach their goals, often keeps me from getting to do my self-talk. I need to schedule a time slot to do my self-talk.

So Andy Chaudhary, we will not be doing any training anymore at 4:00 pm. You are on your own and I wish you the best of luck. I am only joking Andy. I will find another time to do my self-talk so I will always help you to achieve your goals.

I must awake every morning an hour earlier like at 5:00 am like I did this morning to write my lesson plan. I had to do that because I am still procrastinating (but that is from another chapter). I know that I am getting a handle on my procrastination because I am procrastinating less and less. So I am starting on doing my self-talk every morning at 5:00 am until I get more organized with all my daily and weekly tasks.

They never said that becoming a leader and a better person would be easy. To master anything will take about 10,000 hours of dedicated work. But I have never been afraid of work and I am very dedicated to everything that I do, so I am well on my way of becoming a professional Network Marketer.

What makes thinks easier for me is that I love my work. I love learning new things. I love teaching and helping people. I was created to become a professional Network Marketer. I am now a professional Network Marketer and I believe that I will get better.

My belief is strong but it will get stronger by doing my self-talk.

Tonight I have listened to the top network marketing truth exposed on dropping your agenda immediately and it means to stop whatever you are doing and listen to your prospect. Whatever you want does not exist.
Put your goals to the side and focus on what the prospect wants because if you do not then you have an agenda. Your prospect will realize it and he will not want to do business with you anymore.
So how do you know if you are listening to your prospect or not? Michael Dlouhy asks his downline and other people who are listening to his live leads call's on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday the following question: What did you feel? Did your hair stand up? Did you feel any gratitude? Have you felt dead air space, like you had to push up a wet rope up a hill. Have you felt any positive energy?
It is not about getting the person into your deal because you do not want to sponsor someone whom you do not want to go on a 30 day cruise with. You want to sponsor someone whom you enjoy hanging out with and feel good in the persons presence. Because you will forget what someone said or did to you and you will never forget how they have made you feel.
If you have felt that your hair stood up then you have been dealing with a red personality, that is the personality who wants to control the conversation, be the boss. He says that it is my way or the highway and do it like this or forget it.
When you feel that they have gratitude then you are dealing with a yellow personality who is open with their feelings and gives you short answers. They have to remember that they can't take things personal, when someone says no to their opportunity or product they are reject the opportunity or product not them. There are thousands of people who want what they have, they just need to focus on who raises their hand and is willing to just take action!!
The personality who is a green personality is the one whom you have to push up a rope to get answers out of them. They are busy getting more and more information, getting ready to get ready to take action. You do not have to know everything about a subject to get going. Because if you wait for everything to happen then you miss out on the opportunity.
A green has to be the one who is more blue, meaning he takes action and learn things as he goes. Richard Dennis no longer gets ready to get ready, he just takes action to get results. When he needs to find out something he does it, but he reminds himself every single day not to spend too much time on the subject like he used to. Otherwise he would be stuck in his parking space doing nothing for good.
A blue personality is one who needs to slow down the chatter and listen. Tom Big Al Schrieter taught Michael Dlouhy to focus. Michael Dlouhy did a 30 day mental cleanse by reading seven books in a month and slowed down the chatter. That helped him focus.

How else do you get over procrastination? You set goals with deadlines. Remember that a goal is nothing more than a dream with a deadline. And once you start accomplishing the small goals then the big goals will excite you. A great place to start is a goal of earning $500 in your first 60 days when you join your network marketing company. If you do it then your downline will do it. This is a monkey see, monkey do business. So that is an example of duplicating.

Think about this if you help many people earn $500 per month, then you will be earning over time a large residual income? You may be asking why is that. In the pool of small fishes there will be one or two people who will go crazy with the business and have a network of thousands of people.

Remember that when most people start building their business, they are employees working for a 9-5 job or 60-80 hours per week and if you can speak in their vocabulary they will be attracted to you. Part timers get attracted to part timers.

Art Jonak and Tom Big Al Schrieter mention that if your presentation is too cumbersome and you start out with time freedom and financial freedom that drives people away and they will not want to be in business with you, nor be a part of your life as well.

This chapter provided a friendly reminder that all along since meeting Jenny I had believed that we were to get married. I had convinced myself of such well before meeting Jenny, through a self talk in the past. I was also acting as if I was already such to Jenny and already taken.

Our thoughts come from our mind and are projected to others minds to them. They can also come from another persons mind, as the chapter on the power of the mastermind has demonstrated you can create another brain when two or more people get together to solve the same problem. As Michael has demonstrated with his video on michaeldlouhymentor.com and that we can literally be changed by good thoughts from another person or negative thoughts from others.

For some people who are constantly around people who think the lack thoughts it becomes their life and programming. Who they are as a person, these people need to find a way to get around those positive people to overcome those influences within their own lives. Weather its listening to audios all nite long and self talk, they have to do something to block out that bad influence. As stated by Napoleon Hill in a previous chapter we are not given any challenge we are unable to overcome.

There is quite often a way to do such, it’s a matter of saying I am going to do this even though it may be the last thing I do. Jim Rohn puts it well when he says “This is my mountain in life, you will either see me waving my flag from the top or dead on the side as I am not coming back”. Personally this says I am not going to be that same person. I am going for that goal and achieve it.

Numerous people have gone through the challenges and come out the otherside. When a man is convinced that he can do something, nothing is going to stop him. As Napoleon Hill states we also need to use auto suggestion (self talk) and faith. We have to build our faith regularly.

It all starts with posting one article maybe every two weeks until that become a habit and become part of your life. Then after you have created this two week habit, you may want to move that habit to once a week and create that new habit. Once you have made this a weekly habit, it will be easy to change your habit and make it twice weekly and even maybe daily. Posting articles becomes easier after you have posted 10 of them. They even become a lot easier after you have posted 50 or 100 of them.

Besides creating your blog, you also must be able to promote your blog. You must get people to read it, like it, and also comment on it. You can help this cause by getting back links by reading other people’s articles and like and add your comments. Since we are all in Network Marketing, we might want to pick a Network Marketing topic to write about. This will attract other Network Marketers to us and other Network Marketers who write blogs. That doesn’t say that you may write on a topic that does not have anything to do with Network Marketing because that will show that you have diversified thinking.

We do not need to acquire all the specialized knowledge so that our minds know everything. But we must know where to go to get the knowledge we need whether that be another Mastermind member or being able to find this knowledge from recorded skills calls, from googling the Internet or even by asking a worker at your Public Library.

Hoping this post will help you light the fire to your acquiring of specialized knowledge as it really has helped me by writing it and getting me to “GET INTO ACTION”.

This network marketing truth exposed on accomplishing massive results properly is a blueprint for someone who wants to go from rags to riches today!

Hill says, "Every human being who reaches the age of understanding of the purpose of money, wishes for it. Wishing will not bring riches. But desiring riches with a state of mind that becomes an obsession, then planning definite ways and means to acquire riches, and backing those plans with persistence which does not recognize failure, will bring riches."

Sometimes people will mistake Hill's references to riches as meaning money. Hill's years of working with his son who was born deaf and mute is a perfect example of riches received. Desire being the starting point.

The method by which DESIRE for riches can be transmuted into its financial equivalent, consists of six definite, practical steps:

First. Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. It is not sufficient merely to say "I want plenty of money." Be definite as to the amount. (There is a psychological reason for definiteness which will be described in a subsequent chapter).

Second. Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire. (There is no such reality as "something for nothing.)

Third. Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.

Fourth. Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once, whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action.

Fifth. Write out a clear, concise statement of the amount of money you intend to acquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state what you intend to give in return for the money, and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.

Sixth. Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night, and once after arising in the morning. AS YOU READ-SEE AND FEEL AND BELIEVE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY.

These 6 steps are so important if we are to ever hope you achieve our desires. This chapter and the next two chapters seemed to scream out to me to be completed the last time we read them. I followed the instructions for each step in each of the chapters. I thought, like goals and self-talk, I would be refining my responses. Since Christmas, I have made only one small change. The statement I made is becoming more and more real and I realize today, I will reach my ultimate goal within the time I set.

Several months ago the subject of desire was being discussed on one of the training calls. I asked how one develops a burning desire. I got a $1,000,000 answer from either Willena or Darlene. Don't remember which. The answer was, never pass up an opportunity when it presents itself. I identified with that statement and made a commitment right then to watch for opportunities and take advantage of them.

The way you use the network marketing truth exposed on using your subconcious mind properly is to ask yourself if you are lying about something to yourself or are you telling yourself the truth. Ken Klemn hits the nail on the head with that! MENTALLY FIT Darkness is the ABSENCE of light. Cold is the absence of heat. Neither darkness nor cold have sources, origins or generators. They are NOTHING. Likewise, LACK is the absence of PROSPERITY or ABUNDANCE. Weakness is the absence of POWER. There are no stores warehousing either Lack or Weakness. They are Nothing. The remedy for Darkness is to apply the tiniest bit of Light - it obliterates Darkness. The remedy for Cold is Heat. The remedy for Lack is to embrace Abundance and Prosperity. The remedy for Weakness is to acquire POWER. Physical Power is obtained by exercising the muscles against resistence. Mental Power grows from exercising the MIND - simply THINKING. Here is the boggle... We build ourselves over entirely every eleven months, so we can say we are really only eleven months old at any time. If we build the same defects back into ourselves year after year, then we have no one to blame but ourselves for our condition. We are the sum total of our own thoughts. Unfortunately, in school we were not taught HOW to think – only WHAT to think. We learned reading, writing, arithmetic and the basics of history and science through REPETITION. We learned the applied knowledge skills such as cooking, sewing, typing, woodworking, auto repair, etc. through REPEATED practice. With sufficient practice, we reach the highest level of competence: Unconscious Competence. The SUBCONSCIOUS part of us performs the skills without our Conscious effort, just as we breathe and beat our hearts. We learned our theological BELIEFS through REPEATED SUGGESTION in church, schul or mosque. ALL Beliefs are programmed in our SUBCONSCIOUS via Repeated suggestion. We will believe LIES when we hear AND REPEAT them often enough. For example, even today many folks Believe destruction is the proper route to Harmony, World Peace and Enlightenment. ALL our gut reactions and decisions are determined by our Emotional FEELINGS. Our Feelings are generated by our Belief Patterns. To change the way we react or decide, we must change the way we Feel. Thus, we must change our Beliefs. We create NEW Beliefs the same way we received our existing ones. PREDOMINANT ATTITUDE Attitude is simply the direction in which something leans. Our Mental Attitude determines how we filter and react to new SUGGESTIONS. Predominant means, “MOST of the time.” It’s okay to sway when hit by as strong gust of wind, as long as You lean the way You want to most of the time. The MAIN role of SELF-TALK is to guide Your Predominant Attitude. This is KEY before You can practice and MASTER the Skills of Visualization, Imagination, Organized Planning, Sex Transmutation, and the Sixth Sense. It also KEY in inducing PERSISTENT BELIEF, DESIRE and FAITH - and Vibrating WITH the MASTERMIND. Self-Talk is NOT the same as Your daily goal statement as outlined in Chapter 2 of TGR. Self-Talk is mainly an ongoing Attitude course correction. I know folks who set aside time each morning and/or evening for Self-Talk during their daily meditation, walk, gym workout or commute. I’m certain they have a great Attitude during the days’ bookends, but what about MOST of the day? I have posted sheets everywhere that say in big, bold print, “I AM WHOLE, PERFECT, STRONG, POWERFUL, LOVING, HARMONIOUS AND HAPPY.” These remind me to adjust my course throughout the day.
