Champion Network Marketing Truth Revealed On Necessity Of Team Today

A champion network marketing truth revealed is the following: Nobody can build this business by themselves, it does not only take a downline to build a business but a mastermind team as well or else a person goes nowhere fast. Henry Ford did not know how to build the car all by himself. He masterminded with Thomas Edison, Harvey Firestone and Luther Burbank. They were people whom he felt that he could use the knowledge what they shared with him. Be careful whom you mastermind with. There is an old saying, if you are in network marketing then mastermind with millionaires NOT with people who are making $30,000 and are in debt up to their eyeballs! Reggie Liggins describes how a team wins a basketball championship and he applies this principle to network marketing!

CHAPTER 10
POWER OF THE MASTER MIND
THE DRIVING FORCE

The Ninth Step toward Riches

"...a group of brains coordinated (or connected) in a spirit of harmony, will provide more thought-energy than a single brain, just as a group of electric batteries will provide more energy than a single battery."

"When a group of individual brains are coordinated and function in Harmony, the increased energy created through that alliance, becomes available to every individual brain in the group."

"This principle is available to you!"
~ Napoleon Hill, "Think and Grow Rich" Chapter 10

As part of the Mentoring for Free recipe, the seekers of the secrets to success in Network Marketing are entitled to a coaching call with the Mentoring for Free founder, Michael Dlouhy. Once during every one of these calls that I have been on, Michael has been sure to tell those seeking knowledge that they cannot do this business by themselves. He tells them that not only do they need a mentor, they need a team. Why a team? Whatever happened to "if it's meant to be, it's up to me"?

I am sure there are some superstars who can probably build a huge team based solely on their ability to recruit, but those people are very rare, and the teams they build rarely last. That is because the super recruiter rarely builds lasting relationships. But I think a better example of the need for a team can be found in the world of sports.

I am a big basketball fan, I love the game. One of my favorite players of all time is Wilt Chamberlain. Wilt was the only player in NBA history to score 100 points in a game. A phenomenal player. However, he had the misfortune of playing in the era of Bill Russell and the Boston Celtics. While Bill was a great player in his own right, he was not as big, and nowhere near as talented as Wilt. Wilt was the best player in the league, but Bill played on the better team. And those Celtics played like a team, and as a result won a record 8 championships in a row during Wilt's reign as the best player. I think it is ironic that the only championship that Wilt won, with the Lakers, was when he finally agreed to sacrifice his scoring for the benefit of the team.

Michael Jordon, arguably the greatest player in history, could not win a playoff series until he had a true team around him. He is one of the greatest scorers of all time. But I can think of a couple of championship series that were won because Michael passed the ball to an open teammate instead of trying to take the game winning shot himself. And each time, his teammate came through. Kobe Bryant, one of the greatest players in this era, is now facing losing season after losing season because he doesn't have a talented team around him.

I guess what I am trying to say is, I don't care how great you may be or think you are, you need other people to be successful at anything. Not only do you need a team, you need a coach, you need a mentor. Les Brown says that, "You can't see the picture if you're in the frame". Proverbs 21:2 basically says that every man is right in his own eyes. But our eyes aren't objective when we look at our own performance. You need to have honest feedback in order to make course corrections. And we all have something that may need correcting. But hey, Tiger Woods needs a coach. Michael Jordan needed a coach. Because even when you are really good, you can be better. This is especially true if the coach you choose has done what you have set out to do.

We are really fortunate here at Mentoring for Free because we have great coaches here with Michael Dlouhy, Ken Klemm, Brian Redding and all of the other senior mentors. We also have an incredible team of marketers from all around the world, each with unique gifts and strengths. And all together we make up an awesome Mastermind Group, encouraging each other, learning from each other, and helping each other along that road to success. If I stumble, I know one of my friends here will catch me before I fall. If I need wisdom, I can find it here. If I need help with my marketing, I can find it here. If I just need a pat on the back, I can find it here. And yes, if I need a kick in the pants, I can find that here as well (thanks Brian). It is actually good to know that I don't have to do this alone.

And neither do you. As Hill said in the last quote above in the intro, the Mastermind principle is available to you...right here at Mentoring for Free!

Peace and Prosperity,

Top MLM Truth On Using Subconscious Mind Today

Reggie Liggins discusses the top mlm truth on using the subconscious mind today so that we should be able to get rid of the thoughts that do not serve us and make room in our mind for the thoughts that will lead us to taking action and in the end us being prosperous!

THE BRAIN: A BROADCASTING AND RECEIVING STATION FOR THOUGHT

The Twelfth Step toward Riches

"Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality". ~ Earl Nightingale

I am usually somewhat sure that I know what Hill is talking about in each chapter, but I am having some trouble with this chapter. I am not sure I understand the concept of "stepping up the vibration" of my thoughts. Yes, I know that they need to be mixed with the positive emotions. But what confuses me is that often Michael tells us to SLOW our brain down, or at least slow down the chatter in our minds, while in this chapter we are told that "when the brain is vibrating at a RAPID rate, it not only attracts thoughts and ideas released by other brains through the medium of the ether, but it gives to one's own thoughts that 'feeling' which is essential before those thoughts will be picked up and acted upon by one's subconscious mind". So I assuming that there is something that I need to slow down, but on the other hand, there is something that I need to speed up. Anyway, I hope that Michael will address this on the Mental Cleanse call when we discuss this chapter.

I was in awe when reading about the number of brain and nerve cells and just the vast capacity of our brains. I tend to disagree with people who suggest that we only use a tenth of it's capacity. I don't think we come anywhere near that. The great mystery to me is how do we harness the potential power of our brains. Of course it has been said in this group many times that we could do so much more if we just believed that we could not fail. So while we might lack the knowledge and/or ability to tap into all that is available, we can do plenty with we have access to if we apply the lessons learned in this book and in this mastermind group.

I understand that our subconscious mind has been entrusted to do the things that our conscious mind can't be trusted to do, like regulate our growth, heart beat and our breathing, make sure that the nutrients we eat nourish the appropriate cells, and just keep our body functioning like a well oiled machine. I am glad that we don't have to remember to breathe and that we cannot by an act of our conscious minds decide to stop pumping blood to our vital organs. I agree wholeheartedly with Hill when he suggested that our brains are capable of so much more than performing on the maintenance activities required for our survival, and that our brains have the media to communicate with the intangible forces including Infinite Intelligence.

Earl Nightingale said that the human mind is the last unexplored continent on earth. I don't believe that is from a lack of trying. There are so many intangibles in this thing called life. We cannot put either the subconscious or conscious mind under a microscope and examine its components or contents. Man's spirit or soul (provided that is different from the subconscious) is not subject to examination either. The intangibles remain a mystery and probably always will. But thankfully, we now know how to influence the subconscious mind and use it to communicate with Infinite Intelligence. Thanks to Michael and Linda Dlouhy and this wonderful Mastermind Group for helping us all to become more, indeed even to "Think and Grow Rich"

Network Marketing Truth Revealed On Flexible Planning Today

Reggie Liggins teaches us the network marketing truth revealed on planning but being flexible as well and making adjustments when necessary.

"If the first plan which you adopt does not work successfully, replace it with a new plan; if this new plan fails to work, replace it in turn with still another, and so on, until you find a plan which does work. Right here is the point at which the majority of men meet with failure because of their lack of persistence in creating new plans to take the place of those which fail."

"It should be encouraging to know that practically all the great fortunes began in the form of compensation for personal services, or from the sale of ideas. What else, except ideas and personal services, would one not possessed of property have to give in return for riches?" ~ N.H., T&GR Chapter 7

I found this chapter on Organized Planning interesting in that, to me, it did not have a whole lot to say about how to create a plan, other than in reference to securing employment. It did talk about the importance of creating and associating with a Mastermind Group who will help you refine and validate the plan. Hill spent considerable space other several other things. But really, what does Leadership, and 31 Ways to Fail have to do with Organized Planning, or with transmuting the Desire for Money into riches? I believe quite a lot actually.

As Michael Dlouhy often says on the 30 Day Mental Cleanse calls, "you have to become the person that people want to be in business with". And to do that you to become a leader and you have to eliminate a lot of the traits and habits that causes one to fail.

Of course, when I got into network marketing, the last thing I wanted to be was a leader. I just wanted to make a lot of money. But how do you do that in network marketing? Remember, you have to become the person people want to be in business with. And why would they want to be in business with you? Because they think or believe that YOU can help THEM succeed and get what THEY want. They are looking for someone to follow, they are looking for someone to LEAD them, and if you're lucky that someone will be you. And if they are lucky, you will be ready to lead them. In order to make a significant income in network marketing, you will need to build and lead a large network of people. And as Hill points out time and time again, before you lead others you have to be able to lead yourself.

In order to properly lead oneself, you have to get rid of all of the traits, behaviors, and habits that have caused countless others to fail. Hill says you need to check yourself point by point against the list of Thrity One ways to fail. And then you have to go to work on yourself to get rid of anything that doesn't serve you, that as Hill puts it, stands between you and success. This is part of the process Michael talks about, of becoming the person that people want to be in business with. Nobody wants to follow someone who doesn't know where he or she is going. Nobody wants to be in business with someone who doesn't believe in themselves. I mean, go down the list. Would you want to be led by someone who has a lot those quirks? Also, you have to be a good follower yourself. You cannot lead where you will not go, and you cannot teach what you do not know.

What Hill has presented us with in this chapter is an Organized Plan to a better you. How much is it worth for you to become a better person, a better parent, spouse, friend? What would it be worth to others if you could truly become a leader, a 'mentor with a servant's heart'. How many people could you help find their way? That is my goal. And with the help of this wonderful and unique Mastermind Group led by Michael and Linda, I feel that my goal is now within sight.

Use the network marketing truth revealed on flexible planning today by taking action and not getting attached to the outcome, because that will drive you crazy!
