How To Outwit The Six Ghosts Of Fear
First of all the main thing about fear is that it is nothing more than something that controls you. The only way to get rid of fear is to just get as much as you can accomplished in the shortest amount of time possible. We can only control ourselves nobody else. The only way we get rid of fear is by owning our life which means saying NO to things that we do not want and to things that do not move us forward in business and in life. In other words we must ask ourselves what takes priority?
And another thing we are responsible for ourselves nobody else is. It is no different than us crossing the street by ourselves nobody holds our hand. Every action in life has a result. Do we want the result to be good? Or do we want the result to be bad?
It up to us to PLAN our day the night before on our to do list. And check off every task that has been accomplished. And whatever task we did not get done with must be put on the next day's to do list. That way we know where we stand.
And another thing the new skills that we learn from MFF and skills for the local market in our company must be a part of it! Because like Richard Dennis said that the only way you will succeed in network marketing is to become a leader.
That is what it boils down to. And if we can't accept that lets face facts and ask for the exit sign.

HOW TO OUTWIT THE SIX GHOSTS OF FEAR
Fear may be one of the most miserable maladies one
could live with. It robs us of the joys available in life. Fear
holds our mind and actions captive, manipulates our
thought, lack of positive action and achievement.
It’s funny, one would think that by recognizing a fear we
would choose not to live in the discomfort of it and just
move out of fear. But fear can be so imbedded from a
lifetime collection of fearful thought and dread
unrecognized and hidden in the subconscious. It’s not that
easily seen. Most people lack tools available to develop
skill in eliminating fear. To cultivate the opposite we must
begin to recognize and admit fear, and develop skills for
employing opposing action.
Fear diverts concentration of effort. Hill says recognize the
fact that all human beings, are, by nature, lazy, indifferent,
and susceptible to all suggestions which harmonize with
our weaknesses one of which is fear. It takes a willing
desire, effort and action to overcome.
The following statement of Hills was very eye opening to
me, “I would remind you that Life is a checkerboard, and
the player opposite you is time. If you hesitate before
moving, or neglect to move promptly, your men will be
wiped off the board by time. You are playing against a
partner who will not tolerate INDECISION!”
Fear is really nothing more than a state of mind,
understanding that statement should be freeing itself. It
means we are in charge, we can decide what state of mind
is acceptable to us. Knowing what you don’t want, waking
in the moment of fearful thought and saying “STOP IT”
actually works. I find in these waking moments it is a good
time to interject a repetition of short positive affirmation.
Overcome fear by overpowering it with the opposite.
Hill offers a self analysis test. He suggests, "to aid those
who wish to see themselves as they really are, read the
questions and state your answers aloud, so you can hear
your own voice. This will make it easier for you to be
truthful with yourself". Try recording your honesty and play
it back.
As mentioned in my last lesson, to measure our growth
and understanding of the principles, after completing this
chapter on fear reread this book and practice the

MLM Leadership Tip On Failing Forward
There is an old saying an mlm leadership on failing forward will keep people in the game during the tough times. Today my good friend and mentor Michael Dlouhy shared with us on our team call a story about someone who was stuck in an underground mine for 17 years. The other 50 people in there were buried. I heard that he survived on rice, fungus and water but recently he got out. To make a long story short he never quit.
How does this relate to building our mlm business. It definitely relates to our mlm business because in order to make more we have to become more. That means that we have to work on ourselves through personal development and be the person whom others want to be in business with. We must not have an ego because if we are being show offs then others will want nothing to do with us.
My good friend and mentor Michael Dlouhy in his 36 years of network marketing has seen people start out with nothing and have massive success. However in the end they lost it all because they did not work on themselves. For instance they were not educated on how to save the money and how to invest it right. They went for too many expensive toys like the house, the yacht, the private jet etc. Money is great but it does not make you a better person. Don't think that living in a gated community with all the wealthy people will make you happy.
Generally speaking what makes a person happy is when he is productive, volunteering, doing the fun stuff and of course using traditional mlm leadership tip of helping others get what they want so that he can get what he wants.

The network marketing truth exposed on responsibility is the following. In this business you must be responsible for yourself. It is up to you to learn from the experts who have what you want. Duplication is the main thing! You can not be responsible for your teams success by micromanaging them because it will take you out of the industry.

Network Marketing Secret Revealed On Believing Before Seeing
We can all relate Charlines Morrison's personal story on believing before seeing to any network marketing secret revealed in our business because when others say the word you can't do that or it can't be done we prove them wrong.
The ability to believe in what can not be seen with the five senses...love and devotion equals faith/belief. My mother was my first example. She came to the US from Jamaica, was only minimally educated and worked as a secretary in a doctor's office. This same doctor would deliver me, her firstborn. My mother trusted him after all she was one of his employees. I was due in August, she went into labor in May. She didn't drive so she took the train to his office and was sent home...he said it was a false labor. She went home and called my father who showed up with the taxi he drove. About 8 hours later, I was born...I wasn't crying. They told my parents I was stillborn. My father said as they were removing me from the room I yelled. The doctor told my elated parents to accept the fact that I wasn't going to live very long. I had no fingernails, no hair had developed, I was jaundiced and could fit in the palm of the doctor's hand. Everyday my parents came to see me. Initially, I weighed 2lbs, 1oz but lost a pound. My Father was a Mason by trade and he was afraid to hold me for fear he might cause further damage. My Mother always believed differently and eventually got him to hold me in his shirt pocket. They were subsequently told to leave me in the hospital and go on with their lives. My Mother refused and Daddy did whatever she wanted.
Six months later, I'm not reaching milestones the way a baby should. She brings me in to see this doctor knowing something is wrong. She is told she is an over anxious immigrant first time mother...Go Home ! Mind you, she didn't drive and was pregnant with my brother. She always told me...she knew something was wrong. No one would talk to her, having another baby would let her know whether the problem was her. She broke down, an intern took pity and showed her my chart. It stated I had Cerebral Palsy. Long story short, placement in an orphanage or home was recommended. My father told me that for some in Jamaica, when a child isn't born "healthy" it's viewed as the parents sin in life form. My mother adamantly refused. " She's a part of me and I want all of my parts! " She was told it would be a miracle if I progressed to 10yrs old intellectually, probably wouldn't be able to speak or grasp that she was my mother. My mother, the minimally educated (by societal norms then)immigrant said it was fine because SHE knew I was HER CHILD. She told a roomful of doctors their prognosis was wrong. Again, she was called a first time mother....compared to doctors what did she know. My father always says," It was in your eyes, we saw it. They didn't."
I am a college graduate, I drive my own car and pay my own bills. My family knows I'm the one most likely to be able to help in a crisis. At first glance, my mother was all of the adjectives she was labeled. She had no way of knowing whether she or the doctors would be right. There were rough times and numerous hospital stays with children whose parents had opted to leave them behind...my parents and siblings would be there for regular visits and it was always known I had parents that wanted me home. Those children looked forward to seeing my family as much as I did. My mother loved them too.... I asked her why she would keep me not knowing the end result. She said" Human is not perfect, doctors are human so even they may get it wrong 10% of the time and their wrong was her right." In the past, I always thought I had an overactive brain. I always had
so many dreams and ambitions. It seemed like I thought way more
thoughts than others around me. I was different.
I tried to be “normal”, to fit in and be like everyone else. I would even
whine to God, “Why did you make me so different? Why do I think the
most awesome getaway would be a week in the mountains, with a
backpack on, when all my friends would want to go to some entertainment
or shopping mecca. It even showed up in the interior of my home.
Everyone else had daisies, tigers or animal prints. I have bookcases
filled with books and reproductions of semi-famous paintings.
When I finally realized, that the more I tried to be “normal” the worse
I fit in, I just gave it up and decided to be “ME”. I knew that God gave
me a unique brain and it was up to me to figure out how to use it to
best serve Him and others around me while still being on a journey of
personal development.
Now, since coming to the 30-Day Mental Cleanse I am learning how to
control all that brain activity. By stepping up the rate of vibrations with
positive emotions I can receive hunches and inspirations by tuning in
to the sixth sense. I can use these hunches or inspirations to solve
problems and move my business forward.
Life is a totally different situation than it was just a year and a half
ago. I now have a bright future, with things to look forward to. And
it’s simply because of my 180 degree about face with my attitude.
It’s simply the result of changing my thoughts from negative to positive.

What I learned from Ken Klemn when he was reading Dale Carnegies book called How To Win Friends and Influence People in the digital age is to smile and make them feel better than they were previoiusly. Because people are the same on the internet as off the internet. They will never forget what you said and did to them but they will always remember how you made them feel. It is NOT the big things that you do for someone that matters. It is the little things that make people feel better. Top MLM Secret Revealed On Guarding Subconscious Mind Today
Margi Starr shares the top mlm secret revealed on guarding your subconscious mind today and I learned from it that if we are not in control of it then we are in big trouble.

Ever had a light bulb moment? A revelation of TRUTH.
Truth is often uncomfortable. I say I want it, but the reality is I often avoid it by making excuses or rationalizations. My experience is that when I ask God to show me what holds me back in my life, He always delivers.
Yesterday I was reading Brian Klemmer's essay in "It's Time For Network Marketing." He shares about the power of the Subconscious. Coincidence? I think not.
Here's the section that was my light bulb moment:
"These Subconscious belief systems are like colored Sunglasses through which we view life. These beliefs often develop so early on that we can't recall being without them. These Sunglasses are our belief systems around commitment, trust, and who we think we are. They end up limiting our goals or even preventing us from having goals at all. They determine how we listen or don't listen. They determine whether we prospect people or not, and they impact how we prospect.
When you breakthrough these Sunglasses and have a REVELATION, it affects not just your network marketing business, but every aspect of your life.
Your network marketing business exposes these belief systems.
As long as your sunglasses are making most of your decisions, you are not in control of your life. You know you are not in control when you cannot produce the results you say you want." (Brian Klemmer)
That passage brought up all kinds of emotion in me. But the last sentence was the one that both made me angry and relieved at the same time.
My Subconscious Mind is still controlling me. That means I'm allowing negative programming, (aka LIES) to control me. Ouch!!!
The Good News is that by continued diligence at Self-Talk and Forward Action...my Subconscious can be rewired.
"When I can produce the results I say I want...." That will be proof positive that my Subconscious Mind has been rewired to at least some degree.
Klemmer goes on to say a statement I heard him say many times,
"There is no fairer way to gauge anything than by results--often harsh, always fair.... That is the greatest thing about network marketing."
The Truth sometimes hurts, but ultimately, it sets you FREE.

The top network marketing truth exposed on belief today is that it is the most important thing you must have because if you do not have it then the people whom you have a conversation with notice it whether it is going on in person, on the phone, writing and even e-mail. How do you build belief. It is not only action but it is self-talk. The reason why having a self talk is so crucial is because you are telling the universe what do you want to accomplish and what will you give in exchange for what you'd like to receive.
Think about this. I have learned from Michael Dlouhy and Tom Big Al Schrieter that you need five key leaders on your team to have massive success in your business. Of course you are excited about having a new distributor on your team, but don't get attached to the outcome. Here is the reason why. Jordan Adler discusses in his book Beach Money that when he met Russ Noland who was back then a 25 year old multi millionaire tell him that out of 30 people you sponsor only 20% or so will be exploding your business. Most of the rest will do nothing. Jordan Adlers 16th recruit Jackie sponsored someone Judy whose business exploded! If that happened before the internet days then what is our excuse?
Belief is taking action by doing whatever it takes to avoid missing an opportunity. Because lets say you are in a company that is in massive momentum. You want to take advantage of it because if you do not then everybody will be in the company. Another thing to consider is a remarkable product that you can't get in the store. If the product will be on the shelves five years from NOW then it will be more challenging to find a company that has a first to market product.
